Informed sources revealed Emirati President Mohammed bin Zayed’s plans to reduce his brothers’ influence and keep them away from power in favour of his eldest son Khalid.

The sources told Emirates Leaks that for years, Mohammed bin Zayed arranged for his assumption of power and the gradual escalation of his eldest son Khalid to succeed him.

According to the sources, Mohammed bin Zayed’s plans were based, in essence, on reducing the influence of his brothers, Tahnoun, Hazaa, and Mansour, during his term on the throne, as they were the most potent competitors to his son Khaled in power.

According to the sources, Mohammed bin Zayed decided to expel Hazza and Mansour from the covenant mandate by distorting their image with illegal acts such as money laundering.

As for Tahnoun, Mohammed bin Zayed prepared a documented criminal prosecution case locally and internationally related to war crimes, murder, torture and arrests outside the scope of local or international laws.

Mohammed bin Zayed had earlier assigned Tahnoun to carry out these crimes indirectly.

In the last months, before the announcement of the death of former President Khalifa bin Zayed, Tahnoun knew about this secret file that condemned him and prevented him from assuming the throne. He had received information before that, after which he made gradual radical changes in the army’s leadership and security after he bought their loyalty and found the weaknesses of those leaders, creating criminal and immoral cases for each of them to tighten his grip on them.

After Mohammed bin Zayed learned about this and on the recommendation of an advisor to the person granted Emirati citizenship, he immediately hired Israeli security and police personnel to monitor these leaders.

In the midst of this conflict, Mohammed bin Zayed assigned the task of loyalty and getting closer to Israel to his son Khaled to support him in the appropriate ways for the mandate of the covenant. The investment for this justified the ten billion dollars that were pumped into Israeli banks.

Mohammed bin Zayed still fears his brother Tahnoun, even though he made him the most important of his hands to oppression in the eyes of many.

Mohammed bin Zayed asked one of his advisors to develop a plan to end the issue of Tahnoun smartly, even if the final solution was to get rid of him by physically assassinating him.

After some of that news and plans were leaked, Fatima Al-Ketbi, the mother of Mohammed bin Zayed, immediately intervened and warned him against committing any reckless or insane act against his brothers.

These recent developments prompted Mohammed bin Zayed to postpone resolving the issue of the mandate of the covenant.

On the other hand, the insistence of his brothers, the most prominent of whom is Tahnoun, and their pressure, whether on their mother or indirectly on Mohammed bin Salman, to name a crown prince from among the brothers is still prevalent.

For this reason, the most critical forces that Mohammed bin Zayed relied on to secure his installation, and for fear of a move against him, were foreign special forces, most notably the elements of the American Blackwater and others from Israel.

Mohammed bin Zayed assigned officers from Israel to run the UAE army and security to prevent any rebellion or coup that might occur against him, something Israel exploited for its strategic interest in the UAE and the region.
