International classification reveals the UAE deteriorating standards of citizenship and cultural heritage

The United Arab Emirates continues to back down in international rating reports and indicators, revealing the falsity of what its regime is saying about the country’s progress and status, especially in terms of dealing with its citizens.

The UAE fell in the US News and World Report rankings among the world’s best countries compared to the last year.

The classification is based on the country’s political and financial influences, as well as the international alliances and military.

The classification showed the severity of the deterioration of citizenship, cultural heritage and identity of the UAE and its very bad status in the global rankings, which are important topics for the UAE and the world’s worldview of the state and its dealing with its citizens.

The classification highlighted, in its introduction, the UAE campaign against freedom of opinion and expression and demanding of reform voices, in addition to journalists and bloggers.

The report was based on data include citizenship, cultural influence, entrepreneurship, heritage, military power, economy and mobility, as well as state attraction.

According to the report, the country ranked 35rd out of 80 countries in citizenship.

The country’s economic power and military may be respected internationally. But being a good global citizen – seen as a representative of his/her country globally for example – is often what transforms a country into a more respectable in the world.

Countries that are concerned with human rights, gender equality and religious freedom are those that academics, advocates and others consider to be worthy examples. It is these global citizens who are proud of their people and represent the leaders of civil society and legislators.

In terms of citizenship the report rated the UAE from zero to 10

The UAE came in terms of respect for intellectual freedom and ownership 1.1 from 10, progressive state 5.8, trustworthy 1.3, gender equality zero, well-distributed political power 2.9, care about the environment 0.5, care about human rights zero and religious freedoms zero.

These figures highlight tragic situation of the State regarding to the relation of the authority with the citizens.

In terms of assessing the global contribution of a country, it is often the traditions of the nation that comes to mind, unlike its economic prowess or technological progress.

The remnants of the nation’s historical struggles and achievements can become synonymous with the name of the country, define the values of the nation and appeal to others all over the world. In this way, the country’s past continues to define its present and future. This is linked to how much the authority of the State is able to present its heritage to the world.

In the UAE, official newspapers and the media have reported thousands of years of discoveries, but the world is not addressed through the UAE’s identity, the cultural and national heritage of the state, but through giant glass buildings, the ability to contain 200 immigrant nationalities and forgetting citizens.

According to the classification, the UAE ranked 67th out of 80 countries.

Instead of 10th place last year, the UAE fell to 11th place in military strength out of 80 countries but in the rest of the rankings emerged weak.
