Public outrage against UAE in Yemen

Yemen’s public anger against the UAE and its horrific crimes and the support of armed militias to spread chaos and serve their plots to push for the division of the country to looting its wealth and capabilities.

Sporadic demonstrations against the UAE and burning its flag were witnessed in different parts of Yemen in the last few hours on the background of Abu Dhabi’s support for the coup against the legitimate government in the south of the country.

The demonstrators described the UAE presence as “colonialism” and accused it of supporting terrorism in their country. Crowds of Yemenis denounced Abu Dhabi’s support for the coup in the city of Aden, which was carried out by the forces of the Southern Transitional Council, and denounced the bombing of the UAE government forces in Aden and elsewhere.

The demonstrators demanded the Yemeni government to expel the UAE forces from Yemen, and end its role in the Saudi-led Arab coalition.

In the same context, Yemeni activists on social media sites attacked the the United Arab Emirates role in Yemen, calling for its expulsion from their country using the hashtag (“طرد_الإمارات_مطلب_شعبي#”) – expulsing of UAE is popular demand.
